B.O.U.N.C.E. is a coaching program designed to teach you how to build resilience and overcome any challenge.  This 10-week coaching program covers six components of resilience:  Belief, Optimism, Understanding-Self, Nurturing Connections, Compassion, and Esteem.  As part of this private community, you get a sacred space to share your insight and accomplishments with others in the program.  Also, you'll have access to additional resources and topics.  If you are interested in learning more about B.O.U.N.C.E., please check out:
